Sitting
Sitting is normal and at times quite fun! It also helps you to focus. However, sitting too long makes you feel tired. Sitting more than 8 hours per day may be bad for your health also.
Children and adolescents should limit the amount of time spent being sedentary, particularly the amount of recreational screen time.
Activity
Standing and moving around throughout the day makes you happy and energetic!
Children and adolescents should have physical activity at least 3 hours per day.
Moderate-to-Vigorous
Brisk activities, like cycling, running or jumping, make you huff and puff. They make you stronger, healthier, and more skillfull.
Children and adolescents should do at least an average of 60 minutes per day of moderate- to vigorousintensity, mostly aerobic, physical activity, across the week.
